I found it very hard to sit down and read or use this book. Everything is crammed together so it reads like a text book. Not at all like a cookbook.I am returning to amazon because I find it unusable due to the layout of the book.

With so many recipes now available on the internet I don't buy as many cookbooks as I used to because most have only a handful of really good recipes. My family especially loves the Classic Beef Stew. Pressure Perfect is my one and only source for pressure cooker recipes. Not the case with Pressure Perfect. Chicken Caccitore, Curry in a Hurry, and Beer Braised Ribs are also delicious. I own at least a hundred cookbooks and this one ranks right up there at the top. I'm working my way through the whole book and so far have not made anything that didn't turn out well. This cookbook is worth buying.
